What's different with the new BOX4BLOX 2.0 design?
Well to be fair, when assembled, apart from a small half-inch (10mm) taper from top to bottom, not a lot really.
The new patent-pending BOX4BLOX 2.0 design will still be the same size, be made from the same colorful, high-quality ABS plastic, have the same sorting functionality, and hold the same amount of building bricks as the original award-winning BOX4BLOX.
The major difference is that each tray has been designed with a small taper, enabling the four trays to reverse-nest.
This simple enhancement effectively reduces the product's physical size when packaged to less than 30% of its assembled size.
The resultant savings in manufacturing, assembly, packaging, shipping, warehousing, and postage & handling costs, effectively enables the selling price of the BOX4BLOX 2.0 to be significantly less than the US$49.99 price tag of the original BOX4BLOX!!
While these changes may seem to be a simple enhancement to our product's design, unfortunately, it is a very expensive exercise in that we need to manufacture five rather large, plastic injection molds.
